Tracey

Tracey Staehle will teach you how to move your body correctly. A fitness professional for over 35 years, Tracey's knowledge of body mechanics and physical fitness go well beyond the norm. She will evaluate your gait, posture, and movement and design a plan specific to your needs and body type. She is strict with form and is hands-on.  You will learn how to properly execute every single move giving you the confidence you need to work out on your own. 

Tracey's workouts and classes are specifically designed with injury prevention in mind.  No two workouts or classes are ever the same.  You are always doing exercises that improve your posture, increase your balance and strengthen weak muscles. You will gain a deeper connection with your body and be able to move pain-free. 

Tracey is a NASM CPT, a Barre Above Master Trainer, and holds over half a dozen certifications in everything from Kickboxing to Spinning.  She has filmed, choreographed, and produced over 30 fitness DVDs. She's been in a number of popular fitness magazines including Fitness, Oxygen, Shape, Prevention, and Good Housekeeping.  Her workouts have been voted best workout in Oxygen and Fitness Magazines. She is a former bikini and figure competitor medaling in every competition she entered.

Tracey is the mother of two middle school kids, lives in Simsbury, CT, and coaches field hockey at Simsbury High School.  She teaches Pilates at Big Sky Fitness in Simsbury and Barre at her boutique studio in Simsbury.  Click here to read client testimonials and here to book a consult.
