Building strong, confident girls

As your daughter's body changes and she transitions from elementary school to junior high it's important to help her find her inner strength.  Body confidence is a huge part of adolescence. I can help your daughter find her inner warrior.

My Teen Warrior Program is the Answer. 

  

As a fitness trainer, coach, and former athlete, I have seen too many girls lack the basic skills required to build strength and body confidence. Our daughters were never taught critical exercise fundamentals but are expected to function and perform at a higher level of fitness. This not only decreases self-confidence it also leads to injury.

It doesn't have to work this way! Proper conditioning increases flexibility and precision while decreasing injury. My program will give them confidence from the inside out. They will learn to move their bodies properly and safely while building strength and body awareness.

You will not find a program like this ANYWHERE! 

Each session will be personalized to your daughter's unique body and fitness level.  I'm going to train your daughter from the ground up and the inside out in all aspects of fitness from pushups and posture to proprioception and mindfulness.  

This program is for girls in grades 6, 7 & 8. 

Space is extremely limited, with only four girls per session. 

Session #1 will run for four weeks, Nov 8th-Dec 3rd

Mondays & Wednesdays

·  Twice a week, one hour per session.

·  Two different time slots 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm

Pricing:

Session 1 rollout, this four-week session will have an introductory offer of $399, which is $200 off the original amount. Payment can be made through Venmo (see below for Venmo address), Paypal, cash, or check. Make checks payable to Tracey Staehle Fitness LLC.

Visa & MC are accepted with a 6% processing fee.
