Monday
8:30am-9:30am
Barre Fusion join me on Zoom or Outside (weather depending) for head to toe strengthening & balance work.  We use everything from the barre, light weights, yoga blocks, bands, foam rollers, body weight, stability balls, pilates balls - really just about anything.  Every class is dedicated to improving posture, balance, strength & flexibility. Cardio intervals are worked in to increase the heart rate and fire up your metabolism. Each class ends with a gentle stretch and 3 minute meditation using essential oils.

Restorative Barre - join me outside on stage at the beautiful Simsbury Performing Arts Center on Ironhorse Blvd in Simsbury, CT for gentle stretching, beneficial balance and healing meditation.  I use everything from the barre, light weights, yoga blocks, bands, foam rollers, body weight, stability balls, pilates balls - really just about anything.  Every class is focused on mindfulness. Creating a positive attitude, mindset and overall wellbeing.  Take care of your body & your mind and leave feeling healthier, happier and stronger in mind & body.

Enjoy all the benefits of inversions without pressure on your neck or spine. Easily practice yoga moves and bodyweight exercises while building strength, flexibility and balance. The FeetUp® Trainer™  protects your body while you take your fitness to a new level.

Pilates Mat Classes

Learn how to strengthen your mind and body and enhance your muscular strength, improve your flexibility and overall health and wellness.

 

You will develop subconscious habits of coordinated movements, core stability and enhanced posture that will improve your day to day life and help you to avoid injury.

Class is one hour, is free of charge, Saturday mornings on the HMCC lawn. Pilates is for everyone, no experience necessary. Please bring your own mat, water, towel and if you have an 8" ball you can bring that as well.
