Tracey Staehle is a mom of two, a wife, a sister and truly passionate about helping others treat their bodies and themselves with love.
Tracey has been a fitness professional for over 30 years and has worked with clients of all ages and aliments. She is a Barre Above Master Trainer & instructor, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, an AFAA certified group fitness instructor, a certified Les Mills BodyPump instructor, a certified Meditation Guide and a certified Mossa Group Fight instructor. Tracey also holds certifications in Zumba, Spinning, and Pilates Mat.
Tracey has made over 30 fitness DVDs, has produced and choreographed countless fitness workouts and been a contributing fitness expert for a variety of fitness magazines including Oxygen, Self, Prevention, Shape and Good Housekeeping. Her Sculpt Sweatfest DVD was chosen by Oxygen Magazine as one of the best sculpting workouts in 2007. Tracey also created, choreographed and starred in Anchor Bays Results Fitness: Boost Your Metabolism Workout which was voted as one of the top ten workouts in 2008. "This workout offers a great mix of high-intensity cardio and super-effecitve strength moves. This is a circuit routine with weights and cardio. Rather than just going from strength-training move to strength-training move as some sculpting routines do, this one includes heart-thumping moves, such as jumping jacks, in between. Today you can find Tracey at home in Connecticut teaching classes from her boutique studio. She offers very small group classes to all ages in a variety of formats. During Covid-19 Tracey is teaching three classes a week on zoom. Click here to see her class schedule.
