Monday

8:30am-9:30am


Barre Fusion join me in the studio for head-to-toe strengthening & balance work.  We use everything from the barre, light weights, yoga blocks, bands, foam rollers, body weight, stability balls, pilates balls - really just about anything.  Every class is dedicated to improving posture, balance, strength & flexibility. Cardio intervals are worked in to increase the heart rate and fire up your metabolism. Each class ends with a gentle stretch and 3-minute meditation using essential oils. 

Tuesday

9:30am-10:30am

Restorative Barre - join me in my studio for gentle stretching, beneficial balance, and healing meditation.  I use everything from the barre, light weights, yoga blocks, bands, foam rollers, body weight, stability balls, pilates balls - really just about anything.  Every class is focused on mindfulness. Creating a positive attitude, mindset, and overall wellbeing.  Take care of your body & your mind and leave feeling healthier, happier, and stronger in mind & body.

Pilates Mat Classes

Learn how to strengthen your mind and body and enhance your muscular strength, improve your flexibility and overall health and wellness.

 

You will develop subconscious habits of coordinated movements, core stability, and enhanced posture that will improve your day-to-day life and help you to avoid injury.

Pilates is for everyone, no experience is necessary. Please bring your own mat, water, and towel and if you have an 8" ball you can bring that as well.

30-minute private class $30

60-minute private class $60
