Meditation - it will change your life!

How many of you have trouble sleeping? Experience restless leg, headaches, anxiety, anger, memory loss, increased stress, chronic pain, depression... Meditation may just be the answer!

I started practicing mediation over a year ago and it has completely changed my life! I went nearly two years with an AVERAGE of 1.27 hours of sleep. No joke! I was a miserable mess. The longest I slept for was 1.27 minutes at a time. I would get up at 2 am or earlier and start my day because I could not go back to sleep. I tried every OTC medicine I could and nothing worked. I tried a few prescribed meds by my doctor but they only worked for short periods of time. I didn't want to rely on medicine to make me sleep. I never had trouble sleeping before. When I met with Kristal Fiorentino my intuitive healer, she suggested meditation. I could barely sit still for 5 minutes so I thought there was NO way I'd be able to meditate, but I was desperate. Low and behold I come to find out not only am I AMAZING at meditating, I'm addicted! To me, meditation heals everything, your mind, your body, your soul. I swear my dogs enjoy it too! They hop right up onto my bed when we do a family meditation and close their eyes along with us. I now can fall asleep anytime anywhere. I have no more restless leg and I never wake up before 7am! My go to app is Headspace. I love it. Try it, it does a body good!
